If you like spicy, this one is for you. Mango gives it that nice sweet finish. I believe chicken wings can really take on any flavor and never disappoint.

Instructions:
-Preheat your grill to 350 degrees, now let’s season up the wings. I left my wings whole. You can always separate the drum from the flat.
-I used my smokin buffalo blend to season the wings, along with salt. Now set these aside.
-Remove the seed and skin, cube it up, put it in a blender. Throw in, the mango, chipotle sauce, lemon juice, and smokin buffalo blend ( you can use your favorite chicken seasoning) and 1/4 cup water. Blend until smooth.
-Now let’s grill the wings. You want to grill these 2 min per side, turning constantly until they reach an internal temperature of 145.
-At this point, they are not done, you want to start to add the sauce to them, sauce about 4 times, once the wings reach an internal temperature of 175 remove them from the grill, let cool for 5 min before serving.
