This is a very simple, yet delicious recipe. Wings are my number one, drumsticks just have that much more meat.
Length of time from start to finish: 1 hour
Difficulty: Easy
Ingredients:
- 12 chicken drumsticks
- 1/2 cup wings sauce ( I used franks red hot)
Here is a link to my seasonings https://www.spanglishasadero.com/ use code Fire10
Instructions:
-Preheat your smoker to 350 degrees.
-Now prep your chicken drumsticks by adding some oil and your favorite seasoning. I like to use my own seasoning ( smokin buffalo blend).
-Place the legs in the smoker until they reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
-Take them out, toss in the wing cause about 1/4 cup and place back on the smoker for an additional 5 min to get the sauce nice and sticky, then remove and toss in the remainder of the sauce.
Serve along with celery and carrots. I recommend a meat thermometer to keep the guesswork out.
