Instructions:
-Preheat your grill to 300 degrees.
-Now let’s prep the sweet peppers and onions, slice the peppers and onions as thin as you can get them, then set them aside. Now let’s prep the sausages by butterflying them, you wanna cut them down the middle just not all the way.
-Now let’s place them on the grill, you also wanna preheat the skillet, the sausages if you are using pre-cooked only need to be reheated. Give them about 3 min per side or until they are nicely charred. once the skillet is preheated add olive oil and your veggies, season with salt.
-Once they are nice and soft add the brown cooking soy sauce then remove them from the heat. Toast your buns with either mayo or butter, and make your quick spicy sour cream.
-In a small bowl add sour cream, hot sauce and parsley, combine until smooth. Now let’s assemble. Add the spicy sour cream to the buns, sausage and pile on the sautéed veggies. Now it’s time to eat.
You can use whatever sausage you prefer, I used kielbasa. You can always sauté serrano peppers along with the sweet peppers and onions for that extra kick.
