Carne asada never disappoints. The word is literally translated into grilled meat. I personally use chuck roast thinly sliced. For this cook, I went with flap meat. Very tender juicy meat full of flavor. Paired with some delicious pico de gallo with avocado.

Instructions:
-Preheat the grill to 400 degrees.
-Now, let’s make that pico de gallo. Dice up all the ingredients and add them to a bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste.
-Now let’s season up the meat. I used my smokin buffalo blend and my chipotle blend. Along with a squeeze of lime juice. You can use your favorite carne asada seasoning.
-Now grill the meat about 3.5 min per side. If you like it more charred leave on a bit longer. Once the meat comes off the grill, let rest 3 min before dicing it.
-Warm up the tortillas and it’s time to assemble. Load up the tortillas and top with that pico de gallo.
Serve along some Spanish rice.
