These are some of the best sandwiches you will ever have! If you have any leftover pulled pork, you can always place a few lbs aside from a previous cook as well. Definitely need to try if you haven’t. The most important thing is the bread. The only thing I found close to it was telera which is a soft bread roll from my local Mexican market.
Length of time from start to finish: 25 min
Difficulty: Easy
Ingredients:
- 1 lb pulled pork
- 6 slices thin-sliced pickles
- 4 tbsp mustard
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 8 slices honey ham
- 2 telera (soft bread roll)

Instructions:
-Heat up your griddle on medium-high heat and place your pulled pork on the griddle until it’s nice and crispy. Then remove it and add some butter.
-Toast the telera. Now remove and let’s assemble! Add mustard, Swiss cheese, ham, then pile on that pulled pork, last the pickles. Now turn the heat to medium on the griddle and place the sandwich back on, and flip once it’s nice and golden. Check with your spatula.
-Once you flip, place a heavy object on top of the sandwich. I went with my cutting board. This will make it nice and flat, remove once you see the cheese is nice and melted. Let cool about 3 min before enjoying. You can choose to cut it if you like.
