Instructions:

-Start off by preheating your griddle to medium-high heat.

-let’s prep the veggies, slice the tomatoes into rounds, leave the lettuce leaves whole, slice the onions as thin as possible into rounds.

-Now it’s time to make 2 oz meatballs. Grab one pound of ground beef and make 8 meatballs. Make them as close as possible. Now it’s time to cook.

-Place the meatballs on the griddle and grab 2 spatulas, use both spatulas to press the burgers down as flat as possible. Season them with salt pepper garlic. After 2 min flip the burgers and season again on that side. Now lay down the cheddar cheese and let the cheese melt for about 2 min.

-While the cheese is melting, toast the buns with some butter, remove the buns once they are nicely browned.

-Now remove the burgers once the cheese is fully melted. Before assembling, in a bowl mix, mayo, mustard and ketchup.

-Now it’s time to assemble, lay down the sauce, lettuce, tomato, season the tomato with salt pepper garlic, the patty, and finally the onions.

You can buy any other kind of ground beef, however, the 80/20 come out really juicy. Keep it traditional by adding American cheese or your favorite cheese. Serve along with French fries.
