Everyone loves buffalo chicken wings. They’re healthy and delicious. The hot sauce is really spicy, but it’s worth it. It only takes about 40 minutes to cook, so you don’t want to give too much away to your hungry guests right away.
That being said, If you love grilled wings as much as I do, then this recipe for buffalo chicken wings is for you! These wings are Smokey, sweet, and a little heat.

Notes
We hope that you find the recipe above useful and that you get to make it soon. The results are well worth it, in our opinion. Buffalo chicken wings are great for a game day party or just for an evening at home on the couch with some friends and games, with beer of course. They’re fairly easy to cook if you have a deep fryer or if you have an oil thermometer and do it the traditional way. You can also bake them in the oven or even smoke them! Either way, they’ll come out crispy, flavorful, saucy, spicy goodness—and your friends (and family) will thank you for cooking them!
