Instructions:
-Let’s start off by preheating your grill to 400 degrees, now let’s cut the potatoes into wedges, next place them in a bowl and add 1 tbsp cooking oil and season with your favorite seasoning.
After, place them on the grill until fork-tender. While they are finishing up seasoning the ribeye with salt pepper garlic. Once the wedges are done, place them aside and it’s time to place a skillet on the grill.
-Let that preheat and mince the bacon. Now add the bacon to the skillet and cook down until crispy, now remove the bacon, now it’s time to cook the steak. Cook the steak to your liking. I cooked mine to medium-rare. I cooked it directly over the heat, turning every 2 min until it reached an internal temperature of 110.
-Let the steak rest. In the same skillet you cooked the bacon on, be very careful as it’s really hot, add the potato wedges. Then top them off with the cheese, place back on the grill until the cheese is fully melted, then remove and now cut the steak, after place the steak on top of the wedges, garnish with fresh cut chives and sour cream.
-Let cool before eating.
