If you have leftover pulled pork, this recipe is a must. The spiciness, sweetness and creaminess all work together.

Ingredients:
- 10 jalapeños
- 1 block of cream cheese
- 2 tbsp bacon jam
- 1/2 lb pulled pork

Instructions:
-I used leftover pulled pork for this cook.
-Preheat your grill to 350 degrees. Now Prep the jalapeños by cutting them like a ‘T’ remove all the seeds.
-Now in a bowl mix 1 block of cream cheese, 2 tbsp your favorite bacon jam and 1/2 lb pulled pork.
-Now combine and stuff the jalapeños, wrap tightly in bacon and place on grill until the bacon is fully rendered. Let cool for 5 min before serving.
-Add some seasoning to the bacon before placing it on the grill.
