This one is such an easy recipe, yet so filling. The bacon, tomatoes and lettuce are just a perfect combo. Highly recommend this one.

Here is a link to my seasonings https://www.spanglishasadero.com/ use code Fire10
Instructions:
-Preheat your smoker to 250 degrees.
-Now let’s season that bacon. I only seasoned it on one side. I used Spanglish asadero fiery citrus habanero. You can season with your favorite sweet rub.
-Now place the bacon on the grill, now let’s prep the veggies, slice the tomatoes into rounds, get 4 equal slices, as best as you can. You can leave the lettuce leaves whole or cut them thinly.
-I prefer to slice the lettuce leaves. Check the bacon after one hour and see how it looks, before you remove your bacon, toast the bread, smother some mayo on the bread on both sides and toast on med heat.
-Now it’s time to assemble, I added bacon jam to the bottom buns, you can use any other jam. Then the lettuce, tomatoes, bacon and place the top bun. Slice it in two or eat it as a whole sandwich.
