Smoked Garlic Butter

incredibly easy recipe. If you are a garlic lover this one is for you. You can add it to bread or even a steak.

Or anything for that matter. Garlic makes everything better in my opinion 😆

Difficulty: Easy

Instructions:

-Preheat your grill to 250 degrees. Now cut about 1/4 inch off the tops of the garlic and add olive oil to them and season.

-Place them in the smoker uncovered, this way they will absorb all that smoke flavor (While they are smoking leave the butter out to become soft).

-Smoke them for about 45-1 hour. You’ll know they are ready once you press them with the tongs lightly and they are soft.

-Remove and let cool before using. In a bowl add 1 stick of room temperature butter, 2 tbsp chopped parsley, 1 tsp chili flakes, 1 tsp minced shallots, and 2 smoked whole heads of garlic. Just squeeze them and the cloves should come out.

I made some compound butter and added it to a slice of bread, I toasted it and it was amazing.
