This was by far one of the best burgers or at least up there that I’ve entere made. The cheese is just perfectly gooey and the spicy level is perfect.

Instructions:
Preheat your smoker to 280 degrees. Then cut up the jalapeños and pepper Jack cheese, dice the jalapeño and cube up the cheese.
-Then mix it really well with the ground beef, then add salt, mix once again. Form your patties the best you can by pressing them really well.
-Then place them in the smoker, place the bacon in the smoker as well. While on the smoker and before you remove your burgers fry up your egg, and toast the buns. I removed my burgers at 150 internal temperature. Once that hit I added the Swiss cheese and let it melt for 1 min or so.
-Then I pulled them off, I added truffle aioli sauce to the toasted brioche buns, then the burger, bacon and finally the egg. This was one delicious burger.
