2 lbs chicken drumsticks
6 slices of bacon but in half
Seasoning your favorite poultry seasoning
Instructions
Preheat your smoker to 275 degrees.
Carefully use a sharp knife to run around the skin of the drumsticks, then pull the skin up and over the chicken knuckle.
Next, season the drumsticks and wrap each with half a piece of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
Generously sprinkle the drumsticks with your favorite seasoning or spice blend before putting them in the smoker.
The chicken should be ready once it reaches an internal temperature of 175 degrees.
After taking the chicken out of the smoker, let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
If you would like, you can toss the finished drumsticks in your favorite sauce for added flavor. Enjoy!
