Method
- Season breakfast sausage generously with Sweet Preacher seasoning and mix thoroughly.
- Slice jalapeños into thin rounds. Prepare workspace with bacon strips and toothpicks ready.
- Spread seasoned sausage on each bacon strip, add jalapeño slices, and roll tightly. Secure with toothpicks.
- Slice each roll into 2-3 individual pinwheels about 1½ inches thick.
- Grill at 350-375°F for 15-20 minutes, turning every 5-6 minutes for even browning.
- Mix BBQ sauce with apple cider vinegar. Begin glazing pinwheels after initial cooking phase.
- Continue cooking 8-10 minutes while glazing until internal temperature reaches 160°F and bacon is crispy.

- Use thick-cut bacon for better wrapping and structure
- Don't roll too tightly or filling will squeeze out
- Cook to 160°F internal temperature for food safety
