For the BBQ Glaze:
  • ½ cup BBQ sauce
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar

  2. Slice jalapeños into thin rounds. Prepare workspace with bacon strips and toothpicks ready.
  3. Spread seasoned sausage on each bacon strip, add jalapeño slices, and roll tightly. Secure with toothpicks.
  4. Slice each roll into 2-3 individual pinwheels about 1½ inches thick.

- Use thick-cut bacon for better wrapping and structure
- Don't roll too tightly or filling will squeeze out
- Cook to 160°F internal temperature for food safety
- Apply glaze only during last 10 minutes to prevent burning
- Recipe can be prepped several hours ahead
