These easy walking tacos load seasoned taco meat and all your favorite toppings right inside an individual chip bag for a quick, no-fuss meal.

Ingredients
  

The Base
  • 1.5 lbs cooked ground beef, seasoned with taco seasoning
  • individual-sized bags of chips Doritos, Fritos, tortilla chips, or your favorite
Toppings
  • thinly shredded lettuce
  • diced Roma tomatoes
  • pickled jalapeños
  • salsa
  • sour cream
  • warm cheese sauce

Method
 

Cook the Beef
  1. Cook and season the ground beef with taco seasoning until fully heated through. Drain any excess grease and keep warm until serving.
Assemble
  1. Lightly crush an individual bag of chips, then carefully open the top.
  2. Add a generous scoop of the seasoned ground beef right on top of the chips.
  3. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, pickled jalapeños, salsa, sour cream, and warm cheese sauce.
  4. Grab a fork and enjoy right out of the bag while everything is warm.

Notes

Use Any Chips: Any individual-size chip bag works. Doritos, Fritos, and tortilla chips are all classic picks, so use your favorite.
Make It Your Own: Add toppings like guacamole, diced onions, black olives, cilantro, or hot sauce.
Crush and Open: Lightly crush the closed bag first to break the chips into fork-friendly pieces, then open the top.
Make-Ahead: Cook and season the beef earlier in the day, prep the toppings in bowls, then reheat the beef and assemble in minutes.
