Garlic Herb Butter Grilled Chicken Thighs

Juicy boneless chicken thighs seasoned with Danos Cheesoning and finished with fresh garlic herb butter sauce featuring thyme, rosemary, dill, and parsley

Ingredients
  

  • - 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • - Danos Cheesoning use discount code Fire15
  • - 1 stick 8 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • - 1 teaspoon fresh chopped thyme
  • - 1 teaspoon fresh chopped rosemary
  • - 1 teaspoon fresh chopped dill
  • - 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley
  • - 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • - Juice of ½ lemon
  • - 4 cloves garlic minced

Method
 

  1. Bring chicken to room temperature and season generously with Danos Cheesoning. Let rest 15-20 minutes.
  2. Make herb butter: combine softened butter with minced garlic, fresh herbs, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat (375-400°F). Clean and oil grates or use cast iron skillet.
  4. Grill chicken thighs 5-6 minutes per side, starting presentation-side down.
  5. Baste frequently with garlic herb butter sauce during cooking.
  6. Cook until internal temperature reaches 165°F, about 15-20 minutes total.
  7. Finish with fresh lemon juice, rest 3-5 minutes, and serve with remaining herb butter.
