Jalapeno Popper Stuffed Shrimp

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs of large shrimp cleaned and deveined
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 diced jalapeno pepper
  • 5 bacon slices cooked and minced
  • 1 tsp sweet seasoning
  • 4 oz melted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions
 

  • Mix cream cheese, shredded cheese, diced jalapeno, minced bacon, and sweet seasoning in a bowl; set aside.
  • Cut along the back of each shrimp without cutting all the way through.
  • Season shrimp with your preferred seasoning.
  • Preheat grill to 250 degrees.
  • Place a small amount of filling onto the back of each shrimp.
  • Grill stuffed shrimp for 25 minutes until pink.
  • Baste with butter mixture in the last 5 minutes of grilling.
  • Remove from grill and serve.
