Method
- Mix cream cheese, shredded cheese, diced jalapeno, minced bacon, and sweet seasoning in a bowl; set aside.
- Cut along the back of each shrimp without cutting all the way through.
- Season shrimp with your preferred seasoning.
- Preheat grill to 250 degrees.
- Place a small amount of filling onto the back of each shrimp.
- Grill stuffed shrimp for 25 minutes until pink.
- Baste with butter mixture in the last 5 minutes of grilling.
- Remove from grill and serve.
