Method
- Pat shrimp dry and season with paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and cayenne. Rest 15 minutes.
- Heat butter in large skillet over medium-high heat until foaming.
- Cook shrimp 2-3 minutes per side until pink and curled. Remove if needed.
- Add garlic and paprika to pan, cook 30 seconds. Deglaze with beer/bourbon if using.
- Add hot sauce and lemon juice, then return shrimp to coat with sauce.
- Finish with fresh parsley and serve immediately with crusty bread.
